We organize a camel ride to spend the night in the desert near the sand dunes.  This trip begins by mid-afternoon from Rissani or Merzouga.

What You Can Expect

The trek will start with a 1 hour and 40-minute camel ride into the Erg Chebbi desert near the small village of Merzouga.  After arriving in the camp, you will have time to climb the dunes to watch the sunset. Back at camp, you will have a delicious and plentiful Berber dinner followed by Berber songs and drums around the campfire.  You will spend the night in a luxury tent and be able to view the stars of the desert sky.  In the morning, after breakfast and a shower, you will ride your camels back to your car.
